Shipping Policy We ship when the payment for the order is cleared. If items ordered are not in stock, customers will be notified of the delay. Shipping rates are based on order amount and weight. Orders are usually shipped with 24 hours and should reach the destination within 3-10 days. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible for any UPS, FedEx, USPS shipping delay or damage/shortage.
Warranty All defect items or parts must be returned to us at customer’s expense for inspection and repair/replacement. Shipping to and from our facility is customer’s responsibility. All returns must be in original packaging and complete parts/ manual - no replacement will be given otherwise.
Disclaimer By submitting dealer application and purchasing from SolarLightsToday, customer agrees to indemnify SolarLightsToday, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents against any lawsuits, claims, demand, action, proceeding, investigation, loss, liability, cost and expense suffered or incurred by customer. Its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents arising out of or related to any violation of dealer/seller obligations or representations stated in this agreement and to cooperate fully with SolarLightsToday without charge in responding to and defending any such proceedings.
RETURN POLICY Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 30 Days of receiving product. Please contact us within 3 days with any problems or concerns with your SolarLightsToday.com products. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 30 days of your invoice date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.
